Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Teaching certification and relevant state licensure
• Strong understanding of child development theories and early childhood education best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of children
• Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment conducive to the overall development of students
• Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide a holistic educational experience for each child
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
• Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the classroom

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting
• Basic understanding of child development and early education principles
• Patient, caring, and nurturing attitude towards children
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Background check and child abuse clearance may be required

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for preschool-aged children
• Support students' social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning experiences
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or challenges
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
• Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

• Proven experience working in early childhood education settings, such as preschools, kindergartens, or childcare centers
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development theories, educational methods, and curriculum design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of young learners
• Proficiency in assessing children's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted interventions
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for nurturing the intellectual and social growth of young children

• Organize and participate in professional development workshops and training sessions for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Advocate for the importance of early childhood education within the community, promoting awareness and understanding of its impact on lifelong learning and success.
